Adrienne's mindfulness practice today was "Loving Kindness" and she introduced it with that well known Mary Oliver poem "Wild Geese".
Bev introduced the 7 minutes of writing with the prompt
I can ease one life
inspired by this Emily Dickinson poem:
If I can stop one heart from breaking
If I can stop one heart from breaking,
I shall not live in vain;
If I can ease one life the aching,
Or cool one pain,
Or help one fainting robin
Unto his nest again,
I shall not live in vain.
